How to Find the IP Address on Your Phone - Sun Tech Solutions

If the phone is properly connected to a working Internet connection, the IP address of the phone will display in MENU->Status->Network Status. This address has the format: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, where xxx stands for a number from 0-255.

For Grandstream Business IP Phones (E.g. GXP 2130):

To check the address on your phone, please follow the procedure below:

1)      Press the round MENU button  to enter the configuration menu

2)      Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the Status option

3)      Press the round MENU button to select Status

4)      Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the Network Status option

5)      Press the round MENU button to select Network.

The IP address will show in the display (IPv4 Address).

For Polycom 330:

1)   Press the round MENU button  to enter the configuration menu

2) Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the Status option and press Select

3) Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the Network option press Select

4)  Select TCP/IP Parameters on the third page. The numbers after the ‘IP:’ is the IP address of your phone. Like ‘192.168.1.24’.
